...team. Everyone in team left just bcoz there was no growth. 2 years no increment. Nearly 40% of the salary was deducted for 1.5 years for COVID sake. Work culture is so sadistic that every junior employee of the company is on the verge of resigning or have resigned. Took 6 month to clear fnf and issue experience letter.

Company is good for freshers & new comers as there is lot to learn about fire suppression systems & automation.

Dislikes

...expectations. Only Superior level management staff getting highly paid salaries. Overall , just keep on working & don't expect any salary hikes or promotions.

Teammates & your immediate manager is supportive. Rest you can understand well that in the name of covid Mgmt is cutting our salaries continuously.

...lot of politics & management doesn't address our issues, they ate authoritarian. Salary is not upto the mark & career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Threats of lay off, there is no travel allowances for employee such as FL, Asst. Manager, Manager

The Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd invests a lot of money and Resources in Learning and Development Department for the Employees and R&D Department in launching new products every few months. And gives a training to each and every Employees regarding new products launched every month.

Dislikes

No Promotions given to the Employees and no Salary increments. And Work Culture is below average compare to the Head Office which is in Delhi.

In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .
