In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .

They are doing very big scam (i would like to say) They promising the salary in the offer letter like for e.g. ₹100 after deductions. but reality in hand we will get only 5-6% less than mentioned in offer letter i.e., ₹50. and the rest will be given as MPLR (in their terms) as copany doesn't work in Incentive Sceheme... if He/She can do the sell then only the MPLR will be credited at the end of the month (point to be noted) If not then half (30%)will be credited depending upon the daily activities done and maintaining it or not... Backend team, AVP, HOL are not supportive To many Internal process by which the order given by the cleints get delayed or the customer itself cancels the deals.

I don't like this company , salary time to time came to your account, company searching only low salary - hardwork people , because toomuch problem solving execution team . Manager is not good person he need money anytime , also he not taken 1rupees from his pocket. He is not care about site engineer & site condition , problem , client requesting & local purchase bill one or two month delaying , also you will provide food & anything anytime to manager ,. Overall ratings is zero but zeros are not mention in this area so I will give only one star

Salary Compensation Is In CTC. But Overall fixed Take home salary is very less. Only CTC is designed in good manner. Corporate Office Jobs are free from mental pressure like HR, Admin, & Support Staff.
