Working in sales is good but very expensive products with highly quality, no hot selling products, sales depends on the quality of the sales person

Unwanted meeting, unproductive co working, individual working is productive, Hard to understand CRM and bad training on CRM, to travel allowance.

Everything no worklife balance, highly unprofessional people. they will shout at you abuse you and working here is a living hell. Too much politics is there and no facilities are there. the office feels like a prison.

Have lot of policies and softwares to update for each of Sales person with on field sales activities as well as off field mis work and working hrs not possible to work on the same as well lot of pressure of selling with collections also to look after sales which is not possible for every sales person. They should have separate teams to assign for collection

Worst internal environment, branch offices are like godown setup (no basic power generator back up, evening snacks tea not there, no basic amenties) sheep's paradise working in this company They have head office in Delhi,, but all branch offices are pathetic to work inside Every month employees attrition rate is high in this company

The Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd invests a lot of money and Resources in Learning and Development Department for the Employees and R&D Department in launching new products every few months. And gives a training to each and every Employees regarding new products launched every month.

Dislikes

No Promotions given to the Employees and no Salary increments. And Work Culture is below average compare to the Head Office which is in Delhi.

In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .
