If projects are there then you might be continued with a salary based on the project rate, however, priority will be given to some communities. So, for project-based recruitment, I will leave it to your choice. Servicedesk manager (Full partiality person sitting for more than 20 years) Servicedesk Leads(will target specific employees and make them resign like I did) 3% hike for working 2 years with a good performance greater than 15% hikes twice a year and promotions to the favorite bucket people whose performance is poor Many more are there however CDM Smith has given me food and a career for 2 years I will be thankful to the company but service desk management no positive words.
