Nothing to like You can sit idle for years in here. They won’t teach you anything

Dislikes

There are so many thing to dislike 1)Worst management team 2)Hr team is also worst. Understood there shades after my resignation 3) no sundays n no Saturday no public holiday. Work all days. For lower level employees. Public holiday you have to work this is sick. 4) for freshers it is nightmare. They won’t teach you anything and they pay you or hire you only to do watchman job- which I mean being software engineer you were asked to inform the seniors if a mail or alert comes. Thats it nothing more to do. Senior won’t teach you anything. In fact there was no KT session also for me. 5) in the name of salary they will give you some change 6) no extra no shift allowance no benefits 7) no leave reimbursement policy. I found funny when heard leave reimbursement this company follows. Let me break that to you. If you work whole year without taking any leaves and decided to leave after a year you won’t get your leave reimbursement. If you continue in the company you will get you leave reimbursement 8) shifts were not rotational in my case though I got hired telling it will be rotational. My shift was 4:30 am to 1:30 pm. Imagine the pain working everyday without holiday. I asked to change the shift but they didn’t because the other person was childhood friends of team lead 9) finance team is worst 10) fresher it’s like total nightmare 11) if you wanna take leave you have check each and every senior and get approval from lead and hr. For fresher to get one day leave was difficult. But senior use to get a leave thrice a month. 12) delayed in making of my bank account. I took all the pain and created acconnt on my own 13) failed to provide and do final settlement 3 times on which date they provided For fresher and 1-2 years experience this is not right place to work There are so many companies who respect you. Give you enough salary and treat you better.

Lots of learning in terms of domain knowledge, Good exposure to client which helps in professional growth.

Dislikes

Lack of organizational hierarchy which leads to confusion in terms of work delegation and reporting procedures. No onsite opportunities.
