Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Unnecessary pressure is there. The management should be much more polished. Good to start your career over here, nothing much to learn.

Awesome work culture, great opportunity for freshers as well as experienced employee , on time salary , good hike , along with that, many technologies which are new , we got a chance to work in it . Fantastic experience as of now, I am there for 6 years , wanted to serve more.

1. Very low salary/appraisal 2. Huge work pressure 3. No work-life balance(end time at 10 pm or midnight sometimes, while wfh) 4. Bad work environment 5. Company politics sometimes 6. No scope of job satisfaction/quality work
