You will get salary on time

Nothing expect get salary on time. 1. you need to get weight and strength training to lift a goods from ground floor to second floor (Note: If you are manage or an employee, it not matters just lift the goods ( Monthly twice or thrice )). 2. you need to sacrifice yourself to the company. Bcz, you have only 4 public holidays that are new year, pongal, ayudha pooja, deepavali. remaining days are working days expect all sunday( all saturday working ). 3. if you need to enjoy in between work, you need to go tynampet ofz, otherwise nothing. bcz, tynampet is only for who do " ching chok " to managers and heads. 4. you need to do some extra-curicular activities like buy food for manager, clear the garbage and do some rapido. 5. sometimes you will ask other manager to work their work bcz, they will go to attend some party and trip with other colleagues. 6. you need to take selfie for login. bcz, it is mark your attendence based on the geo location. if you forgot to logout when leave, it will be half day LOP. and one more, 7. In the company policy, they doesn't mention about the permission or i think any printing mistake. for ex, if you need a permission from 5pm to 7pm, you will stay untill 5pm then you leave right. but if you do like this it is half day LOP.

There is zero percent job security and management is of third class category even they hold salary and other allowances and expenses. Very egoistic management. they fire employee without any pre-notice. Worst company i have ever seen in my career.

The company is open to open for innovation and readily develops product to avoid the market gaps. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets affordable, high quality products and has mass consumer base. As a result of being an Area Sales Executivd, I get to travel accross coastal andhra especially rural areas, but travel program is completely dependent on the business development areas. Personally helped in personality developement.

Compensation is decent, but poor in skill training. The wok pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to travel back to back to 12hrs in a day as I have to attend the conference calls in the evening and soemtimes into the night. Managers do not value an indjviduals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.There is no appreciation.
