Salary comes on time, TA DA also reimbursed within time, apart from it nothing.

Teammates were not helpful at all, mostly were from telecom industry and were very hostile. Decision making of top management were fluctuating too much and used to make things worse as products were not selling anyway. Undue pressure, WhatsApp messages/reports till 12 am, no support from the superiors, work on holidays/leaves (very difficult to approve leaves)

Superb company policies, job security also up to mark. As per company work culture is very good but some how it's depends on manager.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Manager can manipulate hr policies.

3 month notice period compulsion salary bracket for each role ..high performing individual may go out of company if role not increased . Mediocre appraisal..policy changes frequently...

There is zero percent job security and management is of third class category even they hold salary and other allowances and expenses. Very egoistic management. they fire employee without any pre-notice. Worst company i have ever seen in my career.

Egoistic people and shameless management who care zero percent about employees.
