There is zero percent job security and management is of third class category even they hold salary and other allowances and expenses. Very egoistic management. they fire employee without any pre-notice. Worst company i have ever seen in my career.

Very Good Management, Job Security tremendous, at lockdown we r received full salary.Vary good company's sales policy.

Only one point I found ,that is third party salary, no ESI , and PF for route level stuff, but salary received on 1st day of next month.

Team is good. Senior are very cooperative. Composition is very high special in snacks & Food because Haldiram and Balaji is very strong in the market.

Salary is good but pressure is very high no fix working hours.Growth path is very low.

Over all rules are good. Employee benefits are nice. Management is easily reachable.

...etter growth or any promotion. Eventually you will be forced to move to chennai. And they won’t give you salary hike for job transfer. They expect the expenses to managed at the same way. Too much of cost cutting. Difficult to work with vendor and their thin margin.
