There is zero percent job security and management is of third class category even they hold salary and other allowances and expenses. Very egoistic management. they fire employee without any pre-notice. Worst company i have ever seen in my career.

Very Good Management, Job Security tremendous, at lockdown we r received full salary.Vary good company's sales policy.

Dislikes

Only one point I found ,that is third party salary, no ESI , and PF for route level stuff, but salary received on 1st day of next month.

Team is good. Senior are very cooperative. Composition is very high special in snacks & Food because Haldiram and Balaji is very strong in the market.

Dislikes

Salary is good but pressure is very high no fix working hours.Growth path is very low.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
