There is nothing to like about the company. The plant set up at Goalpara, Assam is just another production facility for the company sucking the life out of its employees except few of the executives and managers.

Dislikes

Everything. From job location, compensation, working hours, company culture The officers here do not know to treat juniors or new employees. You are treated like a contract labouror even if you are a graduate.

Likes

Good work environment. Safety perimeters is good. All employee cooperation is good.

Dislikes

No salary increment and very low salary. Very poor planning in erode plant. No Maintenance support. No encouragement. Machine are not working no Maintenance. Equipment not purchased and low quality equipment only given. Assistant manager behaviour is very worst. No solution for problem. No support.

Ckpl is a very good platform for learning and grwoth in career, timely salary paid, guest house facilities very good, @ 0 rate of intrest loan facility, interfunctional learning nd development, external nd internal training facilities excellent.

Dislikes

Some talent were not used at appropriate site nd position, salary increment is not as per expactaion.

Over all rules are good. Employee benefits are nice. Management is easily reachable.

Dislikes

...etter growth or any promotion. Eventually you will be forced to move to chennai. And they won’t give you salary hike for job transfer. They expect the expenses to managed at the same way. Too much of cost cutting. Difficult to work with vendor and their thin margin.

Nothing expect get salary on time. 1. you need to get weight and strength training to lift a goods from ground floor to second floor (Note: If you are manage or an employee, it not matters just lift the goods ( Monthly twice or thrice )). 2. you need to sacrifice yourself to the company. Bcz, you have only 4 public holidays that are new year, pongal, ayudha pooja, deepavali. remaining days are working days expect all sunday( all saturday working ). 3. if you need to enjoy in between work, you need to go tynampet ofz, otherwise nothing. bcz, tynampet is only for who do " ching chok " to managers and heads. 4. you need to do some extra-curicular activities like buy food for manager, clear the garbage and do some rapido. 5. sometimes you will ask other manager to work their work bcz, they will go to attend some party and trip with other colleagues. 6. you need to take selfie for login. bcz, it is mark your attendence based on the geo location. if you forgot to logout when leave, it will be half day LOP. and one more, 7. In the company policy, they doesn't mention about the permission or i think any printing mistake. for ex, if you need a permission from 5pm to 7pm, you will stay untill 5pm then you leave right. but if you do like this it is half day LOP.
