Full primary based company .No need what you do whatever the situation is.but just need weekwise primary.full mental torcher by the senior.No additional support. What ever the target is given you will be asked to do it by hook or crook else every day will you think why i have joined it this much torcher you have to be faced

It's a good company gives freedom to explore. Salary is on time.

Management is very cheap bad. Hired all MBA to grow business & when the business grow the started removing staff hiring back candidates in low salary. Employee hike is too high in company. HR is usually unaware of policies. Fake commitment to distributor Name is so spooled that it's too difficulty to make distributor in Mumbai market.

Good Work culture and good environment if you have been placed in correct department and managers. Anything is fully occupied by top management employees especially by above Asst & Dy manager grade. Peers and subordinates can't survive or learn unless your dept boss allows.

In a lockdown the company give us half salary but that's good . because mostly company not given salary to his employees. But sequarity basis I fill always ?????!!?

Always dumping the product to all distributor.

Good environment and organization, on time salary, development in communication, safe place for women and lots of benefits like medical and maternity.

Dislikes

No recognize for hard works and lots of politics. I don't like the language called boss, they always tell them as i am your boss.I can't manage the work pressure.So i resigned my job.
