...ing more preference to business not for service by the bank. Shortage of staff. Many roles to play no problem but like that there is no hike or score for that there no appreciation for even if did more good operational work, they need business that's it.

Not no any type of promotion, no any good appraisal, no any type of bonus anu. No any appreciation, no ny training in three years, no any local travel claim was approved, no any leave in medical operation period. No nay increament above 8%in last three years. Culture also very bad in agriculture loan department in Maharashtra.

Appreciations from highel level - Received many awards and recognition from MD and CEO, Zonal Head and Retail Head for my achievements in all parameters..

Less Salary Structure - No hike or Incremental growth

Since I have no experience in my job I am paid less even after exemplary performance on my job role. People with experience not less than 6 months. I don't understand how they are paid much even after such low performance

Likes

Bank needs 200% work from employee but they will never give reasonable salary, 100% sales 100% operation but they will give salary like sweeper wages. If you achieve the target you have to claim the incentive (Rs.1500).if you didn't claim they will never give. Maximum posting will be other states but no extra allowance for staying in other state. Finally the main thing is simply waste don't try to work here
