We can't work with past culture they followed up to 2021 on an average.But CVR sir changed most things beautifully and another issues are appointed many heads in May sections with high salary without utilisation.need to give more appraisal and increment in lower level like branch staff to promote more business by competition

Products are low and mainly depends on gold loan.Interest rate is not competitive with banks but against NBFCs

first of all thanks to CSB bank ltd for providing me a good working environment.And i got wonderful team we work happily in collaboration. comparing to other banks, our technological progresses are in slow mode but it improving now.As an employee am very comfortable to work here and am tried my maximum for our company.

Dislikes

...are comparatively high than previous years.we have only few ATMs all over india.so the customers are depending other Bank ATM s that may cause to pay charges for their transactions.and about my career now am a BDE and i would like to work in bank operations ,am a post graduate in M.COM but there is no chance for any promotion in bank operation works.they were not promoting internal recruitments.but am choosing my career in CSB BANK LTD, and i hope one day definitely i will get a good opportunity to work for my company with good position.

...ate training is given. Adequate job security. Career growth opportunity is good. Compensation is average.

Concentrate mainly in South India. Capital is less. So growth is restricted.

Management . No promotion after working for 7 years . They are hiring people from other organisations on high package and old employee are working as traine ... No value for product , professional knowledge. They want only salesman ...due to that brand value important.

Not much products (Because it's like a Gold Loan Company with Bank label).

.... 8. Waste IT department. 9. Salary of executive and work of deputy manager. 10. No salary revision. 11. Shift time start 9am and end time not 5 or 5:30pm. You can expect go after 8 pm only. 12. Not employee friendly 13. There is no corporate culture.
