It was a day shift and fix Saturday and Sunday week off only this was fine

Poor management... No work ethic.. Salary credit date was not fix.. HR and manager was very unprofessional use abusive language with employees like a illiterate hr.. Even she was asking me to come office when I met with an accident and Moreover my immediate manager was least bother for my accident issue she asked me to leave if I will not come.. .. my rule is when I don't get respect I don't work there..

1. Average worker salary is low as compared with other industry. 2. Management says US MNC company but employees regular working hour is 9:30 hour/ day and six day working. 2. Less Annual leave is around 21.

Lack of strong implementation of Code of Conduct Few adament/arrogant behavior. Lack of focus on establishment of Great Workplace Culture. However, this seems to be improving gradually.

No support provided in Covid 19, salary not provided..and the height is HR and managers decided to discontinue my service and told to leave the company while in Covid 19 period..still my settlement is pending..HR is not at all supporting..3rd class company...f....k..g

Pathetic company, 3rd class staff and managers..no support at all..no growth and salary ridiculous..disgusting experience..i have wasted my precious months in this company...managers are young without exp and so understanding at all..overall Pathetic company and staff..

...d culture. Teammates and higher authority are very supportive and encouraging. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is little bit of lack of Mangement. Salary and hike is decent but career growth is very slow.
