Technology CTO - Jitender Sharma fails as a CTO and his assistant Rahul Sharma form a team and lack in leadership. They make sure the employee is Frustrated while working. The tech team is complete RED FLAG and do not support the hiring of the employee. Jitender plays a separate level of politics in the company and kills the chance of employee as a part working. The team working at commerce pundit do not support the employee working with Caterpillar signs and Jitender is sweet on their face and backbitch the CP team entirely. It was a day shift and fix Saturday and Sunday week off only this was fine

Dislikes

Poor management... No work ethic.. Salary credit date was not fix.. HR and manager was very unprofessional use abusive language with employees like a illiterate hr.. Even she was asking me to come office when I met with an accident and Moreover my immediate manager was least bother for my accident issue she asked me to leave if I will not come.. .. my rule is when I don't get respect I don't work there.....Read More
