I was given a lower salary grade considering my experience which i came to know only after joining. People joining now have lesser experience than me is getting much more salary. I was from a tier-2 company so was degraded in terms of salary as well as position. Work profile not as promised in interview. Very immature work which makes downgraded. Lost all my past experience as they are not utilised. Management not ready to mitigate this issue even after I conveyed my distress.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Not supportive nature during trouble with customer's and only focus on business, , takes long time to pass TADA bill, In other aspects it is in average

That's the best company I could have worked for. The work-life balance is perfect, while the compensation is more than industry average. Also, being such a mature firm and an industry leader means that one gets to learn the best practices of the industry, which help tremendously for the development of a professional.

Except the location (Chennai), which isn't preferred by all, everything's perfect.

CAT in Aurangabad offer good pay worth more than the living cost in tier2 city

CAT in Aurangabad is built on an intimidating and daunting culture. No respect to employees and causes disconcerting. Leadership (so called) rely on threatening and slavery approach without any sort of human values Aurangabad is a city with limitations in good education and hospitals. I'd suggest someone who wanted to join this organization to think thrice before making decision
