Teammates are only supportive
Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Not supportive nature during trouble with customer's and only focus on business, , takes long time to pass TADA bill, In other aspects it is in average
The job is quite interesting! I stuggled a bit in the beginning as there was no training. I learnt everything on the job. I work independtly on site learn everything hydraulic system , repair and maintenance of machine and electrical system.
