That's the best company I could have worked for. The work-life balance is perfect, while the compensation is more than industry average. Also, being such a mature firm and an industry leader means that one gets to learn the best practices of the industry, which help tremendously for the development of a professional.

Dislikes

Except the location (Chennai), which isn't preferred by all, everything's perfect.

Everything is fully scripted, fully automated. New comers take lot of time to learn. This is very big organization hence learning is slow.
