Talking about company company is good they pay you on time and have many other benefits but their is no work life balance specially in B2B department they tell you to work from morning 9 till 11 pm at night and 7 days a week poor management every body just want to give their work on others shoulders not support from top management no carrier growth

This is the very poor company, because at the time when the employee is being promoted and the salary is being apprised, at that time the employee is fired under some pretext and his whole year is ruined

Things work really fast, ideas are executed faster than any other organization i have worked with till now. HR policies are strong, bosses cannot screw people over for their personal grudges. All teams are always ready to jump on a call to solve a problem, or an escalation or bridge a process gap. On hands onboard all the time. The way tenured team members are always ready to help and share knowledge for the product and services and internal processes, is impeccable. unlike some organization where information is kept secret, and it becomes hard for new employees to survive. First if you want to give interview there ,they just ask you to wait for whole days and after that if you get select then they ask you for documents and after that they will take 6 to 7 days for verification and after that they will offer you salary less than you have earlier your package,just sit and they will just offer you net take home it's a strategic movement because they don't have any deduction in your salary ,they are fooling candidate please don't go there if exchange of spinny is better than cars24
