Only compensation is good. Timings after they changed, they are fine.

How many points should i tell. Worst management. Worst behaviour of people. Lot of Bias. No development. They show career path only for few people. Sr. Managers are worst. Sr.managers and managers give internet allowances like things only to their supporters. Their policies are very strange. Any policy must be effective prospectively, but they apply retrospectively.

Variable pay is not good Work life balance is not there, no backup concept for your deliverables Too much favourism for promotion WFH is restricted

Multiple applications, extra hours, managers are coming to you only when they get escalation other wise They don't respond. SR team is worse don't join this team.

I work in Finance. Bangalore office is a shared service run more like a BPO with the quantity of work overshadowing quality, particularly for people holding any certifications like CA, CPA etc. Vertical growth is difficult. At overall Cargill level too, we a treated more like an outsider and scores given to our work because we are an offshore shared service, rather than treating at us par with any of the other onsite finance employees.
