The company is open to apply new application on very keenly .I love to do work in a team which highly-skilled and make effect on customer. I would like to work but Supervision required. Credit must goes to all participants. I also want to do job in my location Bihar as my parent are suffering from body pain and my life partner also doing her graduation from regular college.It always giving the freedom for new innovations .

Dislikes

Compensation is average but growth is still slow. Work pressure is high and sometimes it creates hovoc for employees as completion is required within ahort time line . It is also the part of life and nature of human being. There is no job training given to freshers as only a khanapurty given which effect work efficiency. Here very less opportunity regarding career growth.

1. If you do not have good salary from previous employer you cannot negotiate much with HR as it is always a mark up. 2. No Job Rotations 3. Skill / Learnings are not company driven 4. Re-org every two years that makes you always unsettled

Multiple applications, extra hours, managers are coming to you only when they get escalation other wise They don't respond. SR team is worse don't join this team.
