...ovided here. I'm not sure about the hike coz i didn't stay for more than a year. But if you are in a good position and earning good salary you can stay in this company for minimum 5years. I regret leaving early for more salary as salary and benifits were already good but i wanted to move out of the comfort zone

Work culture is good provides bonus on year end gives reasonable appraisal based on performance Provides Cab Facilities Conducts Trainings on different technologies

Quality of work depends on teams you are part of. May or may not get opportunity to work on different or interesting technologies depending on what project team is currently working on.

...t good , no job security, management always focus on cost cutting.No appraisals.However you work your rating is partially met expectation and no hike. You should struggle to take your leave if your project is 24/7.

Good compensation for some streams. Hybrid work model. Latest tech stacks in projects. But tech stack varies project to project.

Dislikes

Limited to health care domain. Lack of good projects on some niche technology. Low salary hikes. Slow career growth. Managers are not able to map skill to project to associate. They move people as and when needed irrespective of interest of people.

No salary increment, even your team member who is working under you might be getting more salary than you even if you are one of the most consistent guy who has delivered the most in and around your hierarchy span.
