No vision in leadership leading to company being stagnant from 4 years Lot of politics at higher management level Being a product company, we are working more like a service company Onshore treating carelon employees as vendor resource with no respect Lot of favouritism with few individuals by supervisors

Likes

Good compensation for some streams. Hybrid work model. Latest tech stacks in projects. But tech stack varies project to project.

Dislikes

Limited to health care domain. Lack of good projects on some niche technology. Low salary hikes. Slow career growth. Managers are not able to map skill to project to associate. They move people as and when needed irrespective of interest of people.

They compare with Legato standards and if your salary is less than their bracket then they will normalize it (Depends on manager) 4. WFH flexibility 5. Leadership encourages to learn or implement new things. 6. You will be appreciated.

Work life balance. Regular shift starts from 12 to 9. And it extends so that is only bad thing at Legato.

...Team & management team is very bad. They create a lot of issues while resigning. They never pay F&F at time. If you need any information outside the team noone will give any reply.

Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

Dislikes

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced. More politics in this company than BJP vs Congress. Bonuses given to employees in hidden manner.
