Leadership encourages to learn or implement new things. 6. You will be appreciated.

Work life balance. Regular shift starts from 12 to 9. And it extends so that is only bad thing at Legato.

Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

Dislikes

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced. More politics in this company than BJP vs Congress. Bonuses given to employees in hidden manner.

Team lead behavouir is horrible. Manager is not supportive. No appreciation. No salary benefits. No other benefits. Horrible Food. Toxic Teamlead. Toxic environment. Leads wont stand by your side. No matter how much you contribute towords the work, Team lead is blind to recognise. 0/10 rating.
