Overall culture is average with hybrid option availability.

Dislikes

...Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

...offered 19lac pa. Tier 2/3 institute got 11lacs pa. Lets see FY24 attrition. If you are joining please negotiate better salary prior joining because once you are in there is no way to increase that unless you join another company. Only join if you can bear the pain of disparity among.

There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow at this company. It's a client-facing role where you get to interact with mid- to large-corporate senior-level management and get to understand their business on a deep level.

The salary disparity between different employees working at the same position is high. Plus the increments offered are way below industry standards.

... It is very tough to live in this culture. HR did very smart job in negotiating. But haha what happened people coming from tier 2-3 college are getting 11 lac salary and those coming from IIM Kashipur/ IMT G are getting 19 lac (many of them are those who couldn't clear even CA inter) Those who are CAs and are lead analyst working in this company for 3 years are getting lower than new joiners. If you are CA and are joining CARE RATINGS, Ask for 14 lac minimum. Also avoid joining Noida at any cost.
