Worst working experience.They work with the worst clients ..Working environment is very bad. Hr is the mouthpiece of management. Lastly beware of the management, and also mindset is very poor. I had a worst exp with the management in my 5 yrs career..

Sometimes we should have some upskill training to enhance the knowledge that will be beneficial for both employee and employer. Projects should be assigned with the different skillsets required so as to enhance knowlede.

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)
