Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

1. Appraisal is very poor. 2. holidays are not good.. 3. you need to apply leave for optional holiday 30days before. 4. no bonus. 5. no Diwali or puja gifts. (not even Haldiram's soan papri).

It is one of the best place where you can find job satisfaction, Salary on time, work life balance and opportunity to learn new technology.

I have been working here for last 2.5+ year and till now I don't see any drawbacks.
