Likes

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

Leave Encashment Policy: Introducing a leave encashment policy would be a valuable addition, providing employees with the option to convert unused leave into a financial benefit. ...can work for eight hours a day and start and stop as you please. 4. On-time pay. For every employee, receiving their salary on time is crucial, and this is highly noteworthy in capital numbers. It shows the sincerity of each department and their accountability, which is excellent. 5. Very good work distribution for every individual. 6. Since it is an IT company and permits employees to apply for leaves, view their pending leaves, update their resumes, search through previous resumes, and perform other HR-related tasks, it ought to use an HR management system. As of right now, all HR-related matters are handled via email. When necessary, the HR department will send an urgent email requesting the employee, but occasionally the employee will be given urgent work that requires juggling multiple tasks.
