Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

The most impressive thing about this company is the office culture, the management is good and also the seniors and always supportive and inspiring, you will have the opportunities to learn new technologies and enhance your knowledge.
