The growth of CBSL is laid on the foundation built by strong infrastructure, sound financial base and empowering people at the grass root level. Great platform to acknowledge excel skills, communication skills and many more .

My experience at the company was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, I found that there were good learning opportunities and the salary and benefits were competitive.

Work environment is challenging due to prevalent micro-management and colleague politics, which impacted team morale . To improve, the management should consider giving employees more independence and addressing internal politics to have a better working atmosphere.Management just rely on old bankers who are working as consultants and they do not nothing other than gossiping for each other.
