Review is one of the attitude towards a company it means my aspects of company this is good company who is fresher also who looking for day shift location and UK culture opportunity keep coming but unless you prepared or open to it be specific with taking career path as this orgnization has different domino's.

Paying Salary not up to market level

Too much work load as compared to the salary. Need to be in office prior 30 minutes of shift start time and should be logged in on all the applications. And need to log out at the accurate shift end time and during the period if you get work hitted at the last minute of your log out time you must extend until it gets finished. No compromise. Hence, the company is facing more attrition issue.

It was great working as you get nice colleagues but the upper management isn't that great.

...uratism. Ignorance of pure talent and can you believe it I got an apprisal of 6.9% on my annual salary when my rating was highly effective? If you got an offer for agent position I wish you all the best and if you are band 6 and above it's a honeymoon period for you don't miss the chance!!! If you are still reading..all the best for your future

...d on contract basis. I did sense a smoke of politics on the floor but who cares. Appraisals were not satisfying for anyone but I would like to thank for correcting my package according to the market value. As we shifted to Magarpatta, I had spent a week, last days of my notice period and enjoyed working there because of the environment. We had ideas and wanted to make changes but we were already in the process of change but in a different direction. Systems were our main concerns and this has been resolved since we shifted to Magarpatta. In short, our experience may be good and bad too, there are merits and de-merits too, there are advantages as well as advantages too. You don't expect to go things in the right direction all the times.

I would say that the management style largely depends on the team you are part of. While the company's values feel somewhat superficial, they do provide a decent salary hike but promotion is different war.
