...n if you are smart they will still favour the employees who are good to them. Salary growth and compensation is poorest of the industry. U can't grow much in this process.

It is a good place to be specially for freshers, the managers are polite and team members will always there for your help, and the work stress is also been distributed well. Overall a good place to be. And lots of learning even they have tie up with some institutions which can help you with your further studies.

The pay will be little less on other hand you have job security.

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity

A good work life balance. A great place to work if your not looking to grow financially or grow your career

...s outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

... they have no idea about incentive and if not then you are on PIP, favouritism . You won't get your salary after 45 days you get it after 60 days . Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... Canteen is the awesome part you should have belonging in one end and your bag on the other end Managers are been removed as they were nothing.Hire and fire In the End after all the pain the process Rammed down. And you have to find a new Job
