Company doesn't provides any sort of training or any other support. Salaries are always delayed. Always short of staff... Staffs at all levels are dissatisfied....

I liked (past tense) my colleagues and the initial sense of purpose and community when we first started, latterly it went downhill, all about the money, less about the people and it was obvious in the work and staff demeanour .... sad because it could have been brilliant.

Dislikes

I used to dislike the pretentiousness of it all, the false hopes, the big talk, the meetings about meetings, the silly decisions made by the board of directors. They used to talk about listening but fail to actually hear what we were saying, lots of misspent money, poor decisions and lying to staff and customers
