Nothing apart from the fact that they give salary on time but yeah, if u make a single mistake in filling tax declaration, then it will hamper your salary as well.

Dislikes

Lot of politics from capgemini managers. Theres lot of favouritism. They want a person to work more on their internal projects even after spending 10-12 hrs on client projects. Until & unless you do that, you wont be considered for any increments even though u receive appreciation from client for your work. They force you to go on lunch with them each day & if u deny, they their ego gets hurt. Delivery managers doesnt believe in grooming a resource. They will take away work from you if you dont deliver as per their expectations. They are very biased.

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Dislikes

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.

No leadership qualities in managers ,After doing hard work and stretching after office hours ,you will not be rewarded HR is non reachable Project management is very bad Micromanagement at all levels

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.
