Asking your manger for growth is like asking his salary. They will show like you are free to go as you haven't worked on anything. Politics for onsite location. Manager is a king. you cannot escalate his issues to anybody. If you escalate to skip or HR, anyway it boiled down to you. Have changed multiple projects, but same issue everywhere.

Your job is secure and you get sufficient pay at mid-senior level

Dislikes

Don't join invent BU, unless you want to say goodbye to career growth. Geetanjali, Ashish Sharma, Padmini, etc. neither have done any pure play management consulting projects themselves nor have a clue on how to run the team. You will eventually end up in a IT AMS services role as a PM/PO, BA or Scrum master.

They have a collaboration with udemy and coursera and many more . I learned few skills and this helps me to grow

No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

The management and hiring team worst. before any escalation they don't have any proper guidance or such programs to aware about policies for new employees and no work satisfaction also don't have good projects and nothing for new learning and total time waste
