Good Working in capgemini concerning job security and work culture is perfect. Company policies and benefits is average and my concern can be bring more benefits to employees. Appraisal is average.

At Capgemini, work life balance is good as company culture is ok ok. Initial salary will be good but appraisal and promotions are like nothing. Most leaders are arrogant and sometimes they threat for PIP. So overall experience is average.

Leaders ar bias due to favoritism.

Very healthy work environment in different locations. Job security is strong. Very good for starting career. IT devision has lot of opportunity. Take good care of their in hard time like in corona.

Salary and compensation low even if you got high annual rating hike is nominal 1% or 3% more than who got an average rating. Switching technology is difficult happens only if your are in bench or project going to be completed in near future.
