The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

Good working culture, opportunities are shared to perform at next level, flat hierarchy leaders are always available to hear you out

Slow moving, decisions are centralised and flowing from france. Not a very good pay master

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.
