It's good that my Project and client let me allow to explore multiple technologies and utilise them. There's a freedom to develop something from scratch with my own architectures.

The pay scale for the freshers joined from off campus drives, is not good enough.

1. You will get access to different learning portals like Coursera, Udemy and many others. 2. Reimbursement for different paid certification like AWS, Microsoft or GCP, etc.

...t wanted to frustrate those bench people so that they will resign themselves. 5. Appraisals and promotions are literally like increasing by 2k or 3k per month salary 6. Worst Management

Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

... doesn't address our issues. Career growth is good but lot of nuisance in work. There is 2 years bond before which you cannot resign, if you do so you have to pay a huge amount. If anyone failed in L1 test, they won't give another chance for reappear.

Culture and team work and support but it's depend on team to team.

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.

Company is very sirious about women safety

Manager and team leader plan every day how to control people and do more jobe in less salary. If anyone not perform they will be fired on same day. Many employees face this problem
