The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Holiday payouts sometimes we receive sometimes not.
