salary increment and compensation is low after joining around mininum average 4.5 % start. All is in hand of Project owner and upper management. Nothing yoh will get in return of loyalty.

1. N+1 people's are show their designation power on N-1 people's. 2. High Variable pay. 3. We will not get E2E project experience in any of the project. 4. No Hike. 5. If you got hike then that is only 2-3% on your ctc not on your basic salary.

Capgemini is my 5th company and I am enjoying to work in Capgemini. I can manage both my professional and personal life in CG. Also I expand my knowledge in different technology in last 6 years. Thanks

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

The salary will never be adequate to what amount of work you deliver. On an average, the salary is 40-50% less compared other big service based MNC's

Culture and team work and support but it's depend on team to team.

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.
