...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not so fair but it'll be challenging and they give good salary hikes every year.

...re are a lot of aspects where an experienced resource adds value to the company. Businesses pay for this value addition; they do business with us only because of the kind of experienced employees and not for the head count of freshers on bench and newly hired. This company was a good one, the main place where it missed out was respect. Any company can thrive if it values it's employees and gets this right. Probably due to the nature of the management who ran the business acquiring bigger companies like Patni computers and also acquiring the smaller players the company turned out to be a over-confident monster in the IT market and eventually met it's end.

Lot of people, there are office politics, sometimes feels there were too many people with their opinions. One advice to them. " Treat employees as humans. Sooner or later everyone has to meet at the same grave "

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

...re toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..

Work Life balance although project dependent, skill development is highly focused area, work satisfaction is again project dependent, Company culture is very good, Job security is also very good.
