...ry helpful in nature. Training was of 3 months but probation period of 6 months. Salary hike is very less. As fresher the load will be less and you will have alot of learning experience as a fresher. But if see as promotion and salary hike wise, it is very bad at that.

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.

No leadership qualities in managers ,After doing hard work and stretching after office hours ,you will not be rewarded HR is non reachable Project management is very bad Micromanagement at all levels

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.
