Mangement, ridiculous n utterly stupid, no hike, if u get into any support project, your life will be hell. Mostly support project. Atrocious management, always conveying we hv no money, you do the development, look after the client, look after the team, give report to the management, give presentation and demo to the client, ask the client for more project, they will only point out what is wrong with your work without understanding a .1 ℅ of the work going on, this is a small amount of atrocious work , long hours of stupid meeting, management agnostic towards your health problems you face. Then there are 10 diffrent tools to track your timesheet, your per minute work. They dnt trust their own employee, even though the development team is productive, they will hardly recognise the potential. Rating depends on the mangers vim s n fantasy, they will give utterly stupid reason like on sm particular day you hv not brought this particular dish in your lunch so giving a rating of 3, completely foolish reason. Fact is old n mentally retarded junk people amass this company at the higher management those who cannot change their decision and not adaptable to the situation. They lack sympathy n their ego is beyond any person's health, family n happiness.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.

...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.
