Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.

Dislikes

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

no hikes, no increased salary compensation even after receiving top rating in appraisal process, no extra perks of any kind, no shift allowance even working in US timings because of hybrid model…. powerless managers who are just the puppets of delivery heads ..

Overall company has fair amount of Projects.It has some esteemed clients.Pay structure is quite good for Senior Management & above.

Dislikes

Increments are extremely low.No major variable payouts.Packages are not really on higher sides, while some other organisations offers lucrative salaries for certain specialised skill set.

The work culture, people and quality of projects were excellent. I got promoted after 1 year of joining the organisation. Overall, very satisfying experience.

Dislikes

Salary compensation could be more for right candidate. The Exit policy of serving compulsory 3 months notice period even for guys on bench needs to be lifted.
