Dislikes

...There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Overall, capgemini are simply bad, and I would not recommend working here.

Dislikes

no indian holiday no leave no usa holiday Sat sun off but out of 8 weekend 2 days work no WFH. Causal behavior. apart from tea nothing available. Transport is worst in the word.

Dislikes

Poor salary as per fresher.Same work done by fresher and experienced people but still a lot of difference in salary due to fresher tag. Shift allowance is a joke for early morning shift. 100 rupees per day for 6AM shift. Company policies are to exploit freshers and employees.

I’m with BT for past 1 year and my total years of experience is 4 years. Now I have received an offer from Telstra with 26 LPA, what should I do? If I change this will be my 4 org within 5 years.
