Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

Obviously the compensation part of it. As a well performing employee in the company I believe I deserve better compensation but I'm still stuck at below par salary package

...table fans. HR commitments mean nothing, they make false promises to retain you. Even after getting everything in written email, they say the process got changed, and the salary wont be increased after more than 2 months.

Just like any other service company. Good banking projects. Good learning opportunities while working.

Low salary. No benefits even if deployed at client location. Work load is very high for some projects. Work life balance is not good.

- Less Implementation and rollout projects at least for the SAP service line Most of the accounts are pharma-based clients. - Inexperienced Managers & SM - Extended working hours & least compensation - No learning & no flexibility in changing projects frequently - More bias towards senior employees - Full politics & no onsite opportunities - Appraisals & promotion hikes are less than 5-8%. Ratings are just a formality - Vast difference between the CTC of an incapable new hire with less experience & an existing employee both hired at the same designation. - Shift allowance, On-calls & Internet reimbursement is a joke (All are under 500 INR max) - Weekend & holiday working expectations. If you choose not to work onsite guys continuously pings or calls on WhatsApp & other IMs. Pathetic micromanagers - Useless mandatory training which contributes least to your career growth
