It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Strategy, top mgmt unaware of ground reality, incompetent mgmt, not generous in pay, dumb moving up the ladder which creates problem during execution, slow growth, many more factors are there

I have only issue with componsation, they didn't increase salary at all after joining better to ask huge amount before joining.. they starting value you after resignation but doesn't make any sense once you resignation.

Capgemini has COE for the r&d work in new technologies like cloud, MI and big data. A lot of opportunities to learn but mostly at offshore (India). Sr. management is very good and have competitive thinking.
