...ry helpful in nature. Training was of 3 months but probation period of 6 months. Salary hike is very less. As fresher the load will be less and you will have alot of learning experience as a fresher. But if see as promotion and salary hike wise, it is very bad at that.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
