No leadership qualities in managers ,After doing hard work and stretching after office hours ,you will not be rewarded HR is non reachable Project management is very bad Micromanagement at all levels

Interview Process: Highly unprofessional company. Initially i told about the compensation i am looking for and they said fine. Later after giving 2-3 rounds of interview, they provided with way lower compensation offer and mentioned that's their budget. If you cant afford then please don't waste candidate time, for most people time matters.

...ny appriciation from client , project, BU they don't have any promotion policy..They are hiring people from outside on high package but not giving promotion to the current eligible employee.Pure lack of improper management there are resource on bench also. Terrible experience 😪
